Entry-Level or Experienced Commercial Drivers Wanted

Marin Airporter has recently celebrated our 50th anniversary of providing transportation services for the people of Marin County! In addition to our Airporter buses, we are looking for drivers who will enjoy serving other areas of Marin as fixed route transit drivers.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for people with a Class A or B commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement and no (or minimal) moving violations. But, if you only have a Class C license, no problem! Let’s talk and if there is a good fit, we will invest in the necessary training that will enable you to get a commercial license and start driving for us.

You also need to be able to demonstrate that you share our core values of safety, courtesy, and professionalism. You must have a track record of personal integrity, as well as consistent punctuality and reliability in your work attendance. A positive attitude and a sense of humor are also pluses!

PAY & BENEFITS

Our starting pay is now $26.00 per hour, plus the following benefits: We offer a Kaiser health plan free for the employee, as well as a dental plan, paid vacation, safety bonuses, and an ESOP retirement plan in which employees acquire an ownership interest in the company.

DETAILS

Training time is fully paid at our regular hourly rate.

Minimum age is 21. A pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check is required.
