Do you allow food and drinks on your vehicles?

Yes, we allow food and beverages with a $300 cleaning deposit. The deposit will not be charged unless there is excessive on unusual cleanup required.

Do your coaches have restrooms?

Yes, all of our motor coaches are restroom equipped.

What amenities do your vehicles offer?

Our coaches are equipped with DVD video players, AM/FM radio, PA systems, reclining seats and individual reading lights.

Do your charter coaches go to Canada or Mexico?

We travel to Canada but do not currently offer service to Mexico.

What certifications do your drivers hold?

Our drivers and vehicles are ADA compliant and certified by the California Highway Patrol. Our charter bus drivers are all SPAB certified to carry school groups.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities are not automatically included in our charter pricing. Gratuities of 10-15% are customary for exemplary service.

Can I travel with my pets, even if I keep them in their carry containers?

Only service animals are allowed on our buses. All other animals must travel in hard shell cases in the luggage hold.

Can you transport people with disabilities?

Marin Airporter provides handicap accessible vehicles with room for up to two wheelchairs per bus. To assure all special needs passengers are accomodated, we suggest calling us at 415.256.8830 at least 24-hours prior to your departure.

Do your coaches have restrooms?

All of our motor coaches have a restroom.

How many pieces of luggage can I bring?

We do not have a set limit for luggage, but due to limited space may charge an additional fee for over three pieces of luggage per person. Please call terminal if you have special luggage needs.

Can I bring my bicycle?

Bicycles can only be transported when packaged in a bike box. Please call ahead to discuss size restrictions.

Does it cost extra to bring bulk items?

No, but space for oversized items is subject to availability.

NOTE: Luggage weight limits vary by airline and destination, please research appropriately. Marin Airporter reserves the right to refuse overweight items.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

Reservations are not required for service to and from SFO. Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver, or from the cashier when departing from our Larkspur terminal. We accept cash, local checks, and traveler's checks. We do not accept credit cards.
